Just Do It
A wealthy business man was walking from his limo into work one day
And came across a shivering boy with an outstretched hand.
Bending down he put a quarter there and said "That is all that I can do".
But the barefoot boy stared at the rich man's shoes, and looking up with tearful eyes
Moved the logical man to do something he never thought he would.
He took off his too-large shoes and gave them to the boy.
And the boy with the too-large shoes, which clip-clopped when he walked,
Brought much attention to himself that day, and many more donations too.
And the business man, who had to explain many times that day why he came to work shoeless,
Brought more attention and and generosity to the boy from that point on.
And the little boy grew up, and never forgetting the generous man,
became a wealthy man in his own right, creating the world's largest multinational sneaker company,
which gives millions of dollars to charity each year.
So if you pass a homeless person today and wonder if you should help out,
"Just Do It"
